We handle machine manufacturing
At TMDI, our machine manufacturing covers the entire chain from idea to finished product. The process starts with us carefully analysing the customer’s needs and requirement specifications. Our engineers then develop a complete design, including mechanical design, electrical and control system solutions, as well as programming.
During the manufacturing phase, we make use of modern CNC machines for milling, turning and other machining operations. We also have a fully equipped welding and assembly workshop. All production takes place in our own facilities with quality control throughout.
After the finished machine solution has been assembled and connected, we carry out extensive tests and trial runs to make sure that function and quality are right before installation at the customer site. Our service technicians assist with commissioning on site.

Project management.
The process of building machines always begins with project management. We offer project management throughout the entire project. Each project has its own project manager who has full control from the first quotation request to completed delivery. We like to keep close communication with our customers during the project and hold regular check-ins.
